Almond kudzu pudding
- almond milk - 150ml
- coconut milk - 160ml
- kudzu powder - 20g
- maple syrup - 1 tbsp, (depending on taste)
- vanilla pod - 1/2 , (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
- forest fruit - 1 cup
Mix the kudzu powder and almond milk in a pan, little by little. Add coconut milk, maple syrup and seeds from vanilla pod. Put the pan over low heat, keep stirring until the correct consistency. Pour into small or big glasses. Garnish with forest fruit, almonds and serve.
