Garlicy green pea dip
- green peas - 2 cups, (if frozen - defrost the peas under a warm water)
- lemon juice - 1-2 tbsp
- garlic - 2 cloves
- avocado - 1, ripe
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- black pepper - freshly grounded
Place all ingredients in a food processor, pulse couple of times until smooth. Taste and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Serve on toasted ciabatta, french baguette, green salad or with freshly cooked pasta.
