Mango chia pudding
In a small bowl, combine the almond milk and chia seeds. Whisk until combined. Pour mixture into a glass and refrigerate overnight, or until it reaches the desired thickness. Serve pudding with mangoes sprinkled on top.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Note: This recipe isn't super sweet, but you may want to add 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or any other sweetener to the mixture before chilling. For toppings use what you like shredded coconut, hemp seeds, nuts or some fruit...
