Marzipan raw balls
- almond flour - 2 cups
- agave syrup - 4 tbsp
- vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp, (or rum, amaretto)
- Coating (Optional)
- coconut flakes
- grounded goji
- almond flour
- chia seeds
In a bowl add almond flour, agave syrup, vanilla extract and mix it with your hands until the dough is firm and sticky. Use teaspoon to form marzipan balls the size of a cherry.
Next, coat balls in chia seeds, grounded goji, almond flour or coconut flakes until covered.
Note: To coat the balls in seeds, grounded goji, almond flour or coconut flakes cover them in agave syrup first.
