Pomergranate chia seed pudding
- almond yogurt - 2 cups
- chia seeds - 4 tbsp
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- maple syrup - 1 tbsp (optional, depending on taste)
- pomergranate seeds - from 1 pomergranate
In medium bowl, mix chia seeds, yogurt, vanilla extract and maple syrup together until combined. Cover and set in fridge overnight or for few hours. Top with pomergranate seeds and serve!
Note: Leftovers keep covered in the fridge for 2 days.
