Strawberry tofu yogurt
- 300g soft silken tofu
- 2 cups frozen strawberies
- 1 ripe banana - if you need more sweetenes use maple syrup
In a food processor add the silken tofu, strawberries and banana. Blend until smooth and creamy. Garnish with nuts, strawberries, peanut butter, sesame seeds or chia seeds.
Serve immediately or store for few days in your fridge.
Note: If needed, add milk until the desired thinness is achieved.
